Appreciate · Agent playbook
Special Thank You Email
Show appreciation to creators with personalized thank you messages.
Work with usHow the agent runs it
Personal in tone, automatic in effort.
01
Notice
A milestone triggers the playbook — a fifth order, a viral post, a year of membership.
02
Say thanks
The agent drafts a personal note — or queues a real handwritten letter — that names the actual moment.
03
Remember
Every gesture is logged to the member record, so appreciation compounds instead of repeating.
This playbook runs on the Creators module of True Kin AI OS — operated with our engineers, or self-run by your team. Every send, reply, and conversion lands in the customer graph, so creator relationships live in the same system as your loyalty program, not a separate creator CRM.
Put this playbook to work.
Tell us what you're building — your instance deploys with the playbooks that compound first.
